“Well then? Would you like to look over the contract or pay for your purchase with cash?” Omid asked, setting the rolled up parchment on the counter next to the silver ring, that perfect silver ring. Thomas looked at it on the velvet pillow, shining in the light of the lantern.

Horror Zine
| I have often wondered what this bat's name is... he looks like a Mordecai. Mordecai the Bat.
Another month, another Horror Zine! A list of Bram Stoker nominees have been added to the page, and we get to see what the work of a 90's horror writer has been. A very interesting issue, to say the least.

Cursed, Part One
The Riverwalk was covered in flickering Christmas lights this time of year in San Antonio, the various couples walking, arms interlinked as they watched their breath fog in front of them as they scurried about downtown to complete their shopping. Blurred Edges Chapter Five
“There we go!” Martin said, leaning back to admire his work on Claire’s swollen hand. The normally white and pink digits were an unsightly purple and green now, signs of bruising from the spider bit and “whatever you did to your hand,” as Martin had been saying the entire time he sewed her up. Now, with a line of stitches crossing her palm closing up the gaping wound that had been torn open, Claire still thought about the visage of the flabby man she’d seen in the bathroom. Was he real?
